How to order

PROCASA provides an online store on its website, PROLOJA, available to the general public.

When making your first online purchase, you will have to do the registration, in which you will set a secret password of your choice, which you will have to enter every time you place an order.

In this registration, you will be asked for the following information: name, surname, e-mail, VAT number, telephone number and address.

After finalizing the registration, every time you make a purchase you will have to login with the registration email address and the password you set.

 

Prices

Prices shown on the online store include current VAT. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

 

How to pay

PROLOJA offers three forms of payment: by bank transfer, by ATM reference or by MBway.

Shipping costs:

1.a) Portugal (Continent and Islands)

Shipping costs will be free for orders of more than €15.00 (fifteen euros) and will cost €4.99 (four euros and ninety-nine cents) for orders of less than €15.00 (fifteen euros).

Deliveries

Orders placed online will be delivered via CTT or Carrier, to the address indicated by the user when placing the order. This address may be different from the address of the user’s initial registration.

PROLOJA will only ship the order after confirmation of payment. In the case of payment by bank transfer, it will be enough to send proof of the transfer.

If there is unavailability of any of the ordered items, PROLOJA will inform the user of the break in question and the value corresponding to the missing item(s) will be returned or the item may be exchanged for another, depending on the option of the user/customer.

 

Exchanges and Returns

PROLOJA is mostly concerned about the quality of its products and the satisfaction of its customers.

You will have 15 days to exchange or request a refund of your items. In order for the return to take place, the duplicate of the invoice must be attached to the item(s) to be returned.

Returnshould be done via CTT to the following address: PROCASA – Sociedade Europeia de Representações, Lda, Avenida de Sintra, nº 808, 2754-520 Cascais.

Upon receipt of this at our facilities, we will proceed with the treatment and reimbursement of the respective amount or, in the case of an exchange, sending the new item.

In the event that the payment is made and PROLOJA needs to make a refund (cancellations at the request of customers, breakage of stock, etc.), it will be transformed into a credit if the payment is made via Multibanco or MBWay; and will be refunded by bank transfer if payment was made in this way.
